Adults: Mix 2 teaspoons in a glass of water or juice
Children 6 years and over: Mix 1⁄4 teaspoon in 1⁄2 glass of water or juice once daily
Note: May cause allergic reaction in persons sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium
